Your Role

We’re seeking a proactive Sales Executive to fuel our growth. This is a fully remote role (U.S. only), with up to 30% travel to industry conferences, client meetings, and expos. You’ll report directly to our COO and focus on building relationships with mid-market and enterprise lenders, banks, and recovery providers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted pipeline strategy —across inbound and outbound channels— to engage auto lenders, repossession firms, debt servicers, and banks.

  • Conduct product demos (virtual and in-person), showcasing our platform’s impact on recovery speed and cost savings.

  • Qualify and negotiate deals—driving contract execution and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Nurture and cultivate long-term relationships with industry leaders - both from a business development perspective, but also in the context of ongoing success and management of current customers. This includes conducting quarterly business reviews and regular account communications.

  • Collaborate across customer success, product, and marketing teams to enhance messaging based on customer feedback.

  • Represent Loanbridge at key industry events (e.g., NAF, NARS, Auto Finance Summit).

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within fintech, asset recovery, or risk management.

  • Track record of achieving high quotas, especially with mid-market or enterprise customers.

  • Strong consultative sales approach—fluent in discovery, ROI-based selling, and building long-term relationships.

  • Comfortable with full sales cycle ownership—from lead generation to contract signing.

  • Experience managing 3–6+ month sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders

  • Familiarity with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Notion, or Slack

  • Willingness to travel nationally (up to 30%).

  • Self-starter, adaptable, comfortable in high-growth startup environments.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with auto loan servicing, vehicle repossession, or related workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $120,000

  • Commission: 10% on all booked ARR for 12 months post-contract execution

  • On‑Target Earnings (OTE): ~$160,000

  • Equity: Generous startup equity package
